Capacity for vessels up to 9,000 teu. The River Tees is currently able to accommodate and turn vessels up to 400m length/LOA, 42.8m beam and 14.5m draft.
Jobs Creation:
Some 500
jobs directly created.
Up to 2,000 indirect jobs anticipated.
Further import centre developments could create around
3,000 jobs.
These developments at Tees Dock have potential to create
up to 5,500 jobs.
